USB POS Module

The Tempest 1030 USB POS Module allows the interfacing of up to 16 cash registers to any Tempest DVR. The Tempest 1030 is an invaluable addition to security systems in retail applications, allowing video surveillance and point of sale transactions to be recorded and integrated seamlessly. Register text can be displayed live, parsed, stored, and played back along with its corresponding video footage. Many advanced search functions are supported, including search by price, time, item, text, and transaction type. The POS module also has capabilities to detect exceptions on events such as null sales. The module can be configured to generate daily or weekly reports outlining important sales events or transactions.
